Heather Estes

I am a Charlotte native and have been in love with the area my whole life. My mom still lives in my childhood home, so I understand the importance of finding that perfect place to create those special memories. Charlotte is home and always will be.

With a diverse background in hospitality and healthcare, I am comfortable with getting to know and understand your needs on a deeper level. I am drawn to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and I have found that the interpersonal connections that are made with clients or patients are just as important as the process itself.

I am an avid backpacker and love hiking all over Western NC. I also love the food and bar scene here in Charlotte because there is always something new to try. David Etz

David Etz is as close to a native Carolinian as you’ll find for someone born out of state. After moving to NC at one year old, David grew up in Mooresville and has called the Lake Norman area home for his entire adult life. David has a unique balance of southern eloquence with big city sharpness and a true love for all that the Carolinas have to offer. Prior to getting his real estate license, David spent many years in the service industry. It’s this experience that has instilled in him just how integral client care is in a real estate relationship.

In his free time, David loves to learn new skills in the kitchen, fit in as many rounds of golf as NC weather allows, and spending time with his family, high school sweetheart Haley and their two kids Harper and Wyatt.

Steve Krause

I was born and raised in the Chicago but often visited family in the Charlotte and fell in love with the area. After graduating Purdue University I joined a rotational program that moved me around to 5 states within 3 years.

During these moves I was buying personal investment properties which was where I found my true passion for real estate and decided to jump in full force.

I believe if you are buying your first home or forever home it’s equally special. Jenni Martin

I was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee. After graduate school and a brief stint at Walt Disney World, I moved to Charlotte and have completely fallen in love with the city. From my time in college athletics and NASCAR, I have lived, and worked, all over the Charlotte area—from Wesley Heights to Concord to Statesville. I currently live in the Mooresville area and love spending time around the lake. I love to travel around North Carolina and visit the gems of our wine country. On top of finding all the best wine spots, I also love to stop in all the best diners, drive-ins, and dives along the way.

Jennifer McDonald

Jen McDonald started out in Real Estate 22 years ago. She has held licenses in the states of Michigan, Florida, and now North Carolina. Jen has worked as an assistant, an agent on a team, and also as a single agent. She has helped numerous families and business professionals buy and sell homes through the years. She’s worked in a variety of capacities she now works as a listing coordinator for Carolina Real Estate Experts.

Makayla Moses

I was born and raised in the Philadelphia area where I spent most of my summers at the Jersey Shore. I have a Bachelor’s of Finance as well as a Certification in Real Estate Analysis and Development from Penn State University. Aside from Real Estate, I also have direct experience in customer service, sales, retail, insurance, and corporate finance.

I have lived in all types of different cities around the United States from Philadelphia to New York City and from Houston to Charlotte. I also have immediate family in Atlanta and Portland!

My passion for Real Estate started when I was in Elementary school. I always enjoyed looking at houses and apartments with my mom when we would move and loved giving my unsolicited advice on which house I thought we should get.

Kim Myers

I’m the transaction coordinator here at Carolina Real Estate Experts so I specialize in helping our buyers from the time they go under contract until the time they close. Whether it’s scheduling closings, coordinating with the lender, or negotiating repairs, I’ve got our clients best interest at heart with the goal of getting everyone to the closing table with as few headaches as possible. I am fully licensed in both North and South Carolina so I also continue to work with friends, family, and past clients who are looking to buy or sell.

I am originally from Pennsylvania by way of Tennessee, and have been living in Huntersville since 2010. I’ve been married to my husband, Josh, since 2010 as well, and our biggest passion is travelling. We love exploring new countries and cultures whenever we get the chance and have a bucket list a mile long of places we’d like to visit. We also love good food and good drinks, so we enjoy cooking together at home and trying out new restaurants and breweries as they pop up in the area. I have always been a huge animal lover, so our house is not complete without a dog. We adopted our super sweet pittie named Cara in 2021, and we’ve been enjoying getting to spoil her every chance we get.

Samantha Ramos

Having graduated in 2020, I offer a fresh perspective in the world of marketing and social media. I manage CREE’s social media and advertisements. I run multiple ads on all social media platforms and search engines for our listings, from their coming soon to their closed phase, to ensure that your homes get sold quickly for top dollar. Aside from the technological part of my job, I also plan giveaway events for our past, current, and prospective clients throughout the year to maintain a personalized relationship with our CREE family; furthermore, I organize donation events for our non-profit organization, CREE Cares.

I grew up in Charlotte, so I have watched it grow into the beautiful city that it is today. In 2017, I moved to Hilton Head, S.C. to pursue higher education. After graduating, I decided to move back to my home, Charlotte. I got married in December 2021 and have two Australian Cattle Dogs who are TikTok famous!

Ryan Rice

I was born on the outskirts of Philadelphia where my parents instilled in me at an early age that no matter what you do, give it 110%. I do this day in and day out, in my business and personal life. Later in life I discovered, a true home isn’t just a place, it’s a feeling. John & Milky Solids : John and Milky started working at home 15 years ago. As a parent of two kids they managed to work at night and prepare their kids to school on a daily basis. John started working with Dan 8 years ago and it was a learning process and until now he loved his work as a virtual assistant for Dan and the team, together with the help of Milky doing administrative work. They always make sure that working remotely with clients makes them an asset to the company.

I am originally from New York but grew up in Wilmington NC. I relocated to Charlotte NC in 2015, which was the scariest thing I had ever done since I had never even been to the area before moving. It turns out it was also the best thing I’ve ever done because I LOVE OUR CITY! I have a rescue pup named Nova and a little girl named Olyvia.
