After moving to NC at one year old, David grew up in Mooresville and has called the Lake Norman area home for his entire adult life. David has a unique balance of southern eloquence with big-city sharpness and a true love for all that the Carolinas have to offer. Prior to getting his real estate license, David spent many years in the service industry. It’s this experience that has instilled in him just how integral client care is in a real estate relationship.

In his free time, David loves to learn new skills in the kitchen, fit in as many rounds of golf as NC weather allows, and spend time with his family, high school sweetheart Haley and their two kids Harper and Wyatt.

John and Milky started working at home 15 years ago. As a parent of two kids they managed to work at night and prepare their kids to school on a daily basis. John started working with Dan 8 years ago and it was a learning process and until now he loved his work as a virtual assistant for Dan and the team, together with the help of Milky doing administrative work.
